What is the cost per painter for parties?

Adult parties are $30 per painter, and kids parties are $25 per painter.  For both there is a $100 deposit due no later than 2 weeks before the date of the party. This deposit can be applied towards the price of the party.

 

How do I pay for a party?

Payment for the $ 100 deposit can be made through PayPal on our Parties page.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this feature.  If you would rather pay by cash or check, please contact us so we can give you that info.  If the host is paying for the entire group, the remainder of the party can be paid when we arrive to set up your party.  We take cash, check, or a Paypal payment.  If all of your guest are paying seperately, we can send you an email to forward to your guest that will have a link to pay us through Paypal, or they can pay at the party.

What is provided?

All of the supplies to create your beautiful masterpiece is provided (paint, canvases, water cups, plate palletes, brushes, napkins, table coverings., etc.).  There will also be tables for your food/beverages, and a  bottle opener (if needed).  All decorations, utensils, and cups are up to you.  I do have some wine glasses that can be used for smaller groups or classes.  We also provide aprons, but that only covers part of you.  I would suggest not wearing you most expensive outfit to paint in;)

 

What is the cancellation policy for paint parties?

The $100 deposit is refundable if the party is cancelled 72 hours before the date of the class.  After that, it is not refundable.  The deposit can be applied towards the price of the party.  

 

How long are the parties?

I book the room for two hours, which will give us painting time and time for breaks.   If you would like to book the room for additional time for cake, decorating, socializing, etc., it will be an additional $25 per hour.  I need to know if you want the room for additional time at the time of booking.  You may arrive 20 minutes early to set up.  

 

Do I need to know how to paint?

Absolutely not!  I will guide you step by step through the process and you will leave with a finished 16"x20" personal masterpiece.  If needed, I will sketch the basic lines of the painting in advance if it is a painting that is more structural. I like to say it is fun art, not fine art.  Everyone will find their own niche and style, and that's just art:)

 

How many people do I need to book a party?

At least eight paid painters. I must have a total number of painters attending 24 hours prior to the begining of the class.  This is important, so I know how much supplies to have available.  We are not a big franchise, so we purchase supplies as needed.

 

What will we be painting?

You can view a gallery of available images HERE at our mobile prty site.  This may give you some ideas, or I can create a custom painting for your party for FREE once the deposit has been paid.  For example: if you are having a girls night out painting and you want something fun with alcohol, I can offer a wine glass painting or martini glass, etc.  If you are hosting a kids party and your child loves butterflies, I will come up with a special butterfly painting for the class to paint, and email you a proof for approval a few days before the party.  

 

What can I bring?

The options are limitless.  For adults it is BYOB.  Guest must be 21 to drink.  Feel free to bring whatever beverages you would like.  We cannot serve them, but we will have a wine/bottle opener, and ice if requested for chilling.  You can even have a caterer come serve your party.  For kids, bring your cake, and decor.! Please be mindful of how long it will take you to prep for the party.  If you feel you need extra time, please get with me and we can decide if you will need more than the included two hours.

 

Will the paint stain?

Yes it will stain clothing but not hands.  I suggest dressing "vintage".  We provide aprons, but they do not cover EVERYTHING.
